Sierra Leone 07 | More than 25,000 respond
19 April 2007
Almost 25,000 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ as Shake The Nations Ministries made its second visit to Sierra Leone in 2007.
Preaching the Gospel in the towns of Bo and Kenema, the masses responded to the message of Christ each night, with many Muslims declaring that they wanted to become Christians.
Meanwhile, there were many miracles, with the blind, deaf and lame all testifying of God’s miraculous power.
God’s amazing healing power astounded the people once more – with a mighty outbreak of signs and wonders. The stage was constantly packed with those wanting to testify, and the crowd would go wild every time they heard a healing testimony.
Among the testimonies were:
•
One 19-year-old boy had never heard or spoke before, but after prayer, he was able to do both! His healing was fully confirmed on stage, and he was able to shout ‘Jesus’ down the microphone! What an awesome first word to utter!
• A 50-year-old blind man who hadn’t been able to see for many years was chasing Evangelist Nathan around the pulpit, and a woman who had been carried to the field was totally set-free, and was walking across the stage!
• Another woman who had appendix problems fell to the floor as the Holy Spirit moved and was taken into a vision. She reported that she was transported to Heaven, where white men performed an operation on her appendix. When she came to her senses, all the pain had gone! Hallelujah!
