India 06 | Hindus find Christ as miracles amaze locals

It is estimated more than 7,000 people made commitments to Christ over a ten-day period as Shake The Nations Ministries visited India for Gospel campaigns in August 2006.
Jesus showed that He still heals the sick, with many astounding miracles taking place amongst the Hindu people.

The miracles included:

*One teenage boy whose leg was four inches shorter than the other devoutly came to the crusades for seven nights without getting healed. His faith levels never dropped though, and he was adamant he would be healed before the crusades were finished. On the penultimate night, Evangelist Nathan commanded his leg to grow, and the power of God miraculously forced the leg to move by four inches. He was celebrating with his family as Jesus Christ healed him.

*One girl came to the crusade knowing that her father was dying in hospital. But so great was her faith that as she received prayer one evening, she believed her father would be healed. The next morning, she went to the hospital and laid hands on her father, who the doctors said wasn’t going to live. As she prayed, the power of God restored the man. He threw away his oxygen mask and immediately left his deathbed and walked out of the hospital completely whole.

*A young girl was blind in one eye and had wounds across her body. But after persistently receiving prayer at the crusades, her health was gradually restored and the wounds began to disappear.

*One man had a huge cancerous tumour on his neck which had been there for three months. But Jesus Christ came and destroyed the works of Satan, and the man’s tumour completely vanished as the power of God restored his health.

*A deaf boy was brought to the crusade by his family, who had only just converted to Christianity from their Hindu beliefs. When they heard Jesus Christ could heal the sick, they immediately brought their son to the crusades, and his ears popped open and he could hear for the first time.
